If you found five minutes this weekend at the Summer Cup you may have found your way over to the Speed Shot area, a new competition introduced this year to find the fastest shot in football.
4 balls, hit them as hard as you can, the best speeds are then recorded.
Winning age groups were each given a goody bag and then put into a draw to win a football shirt of their choice.

I think we should get some of those lightweight Adidas World Cup balls for next year – they fly!! However, we’ll need a lot more helpers to fetch them from the field. LOL.
